One ticket needed per person. The Memoir of Mollusks will explore the factors that shape the unique flavors of three local species: Market squid, Mediterranean mussels, and Clams. The talk will focus on what gives our local market squid its distinct taste, both recreational and commercial harvesting methods, along with insights into the squid’s life cycle and how it influences flavor.
